Choose who it is for first, then how you want to pay. Every amount, every quota and every percentage on this page is read from the NeoRank database at the moment you load it.
No commitment. Change plan or stop whenever you like, from your billing space.
From one to thirty tracked sites, with the same evidence at every tier.

Every value in this table is read from the entitlement table as the page renders. Quotas are applied per billing period, exactly as they appear here.
A dash means no entitlement row exists for that plan: the capability is absent, not at zero. NeoRank never shows it as a spent counter.
Five tiers for a portfolio, not for one site.

One agency subscription, a batch of client spaces. Each space has its own sites, its own analyses and its own reports: nothing leaks from one client to another, and billing stays single.

No card and no published price: this tier is scoped with you, not picked from a grid.
Volumes, access and retention are settled in writing before any amount is discussed. NeoRank has no contact form to send you to today, and would rather say so than put a button here that lands on a sign-up page.

What is handled on request, and nothing else.
There is no à la carte catalogue: the database holds no one-off price outside the plans. We would rather say so than fill this section with invented figures.
The answers we would give on a call, written down once.
Two different ceilings, answering two different questions. "Pages crawled / month" is your budget for the period, spread freely across all your sites: it is what you spend. "Plan Crawl Limit" bounds ONE deep analysis, so a single large site cannot spend the entire month in one run. A crawl stops at whichever is smaller and tells you so. The budget resets at the next billing period, and whatever a crawl did not use is given back to you.
Yes, in both directions. Moving to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period: we do not bill the same period twice and we do not refund a month already used.
The operation that would exceed the quota is refused, with an explicit message naming the capability and your plan's ceiling. Nothing is billed as overage and nothing runs half way: NeoRank would rather not measure than produce a partial result presented as complete. Counters restart at the next billing period.
Plans differ first by how many sites you can follow continuously: one on the free plan, up to thirty in the individual range, several hundred in the agency range. Each tracked site has its own crawl history, its own keywords and its own evidence. The exact figure for each plan is the "Tracked sites" row of the comparison table.
The agency range adds client spaces: watertight partitions under a single subscription, one space per client, each with its own sites and reports. The individual range has none — it follows several sites, but all in the same space. If you bill your analyses to third parties, the agency range is the one you want.
Exactly the capabilities listed in the free plan's column of the table above, with no card and no time limit. It is not a trial that expires: it is a bounded plan, with one tracked site. Capabilities absent from that column are not at zero — they do not exist on that plan.
Yes. Your crawls, your evidence and your position history stay in the database. What changes are the capabilities: beyond the new plan's ceilings, the screens concerned move to restricted reading rather than being deleted. Nothing is erased because of a plan change.
Online payment is not open yet: no paid plan can be subscribed to from this page today, so there is nothing to cancel. Once prices are published with the payment provider, cancellation happens from the billing portal without writing to us.
Three distinct scopes. Instant Check inspects one page without using a crawl entitlement. Quick Analysis is a bounded 12-page crawl. A deep analysis is governed by your Plan Crawl Limit and uses a bounded crawl to inspect fetched pages, follow internal links and retain the resulting evidence. Each is named separately wherever it appears.
Because the source measured nothing. A "not measured" panel means no connector and no crawl has produced that data yet — it is not a bad score and it is not a commercial lock. NeoRank distinguishes three states explicitly: not measured, reserved for a higher plan, and measured but empty. Showing a zero in place of all three would be the most profitable shortcut and the most dishonest.
The first agency tier covers 25 client spaces under a single subscription, and the tiers above it climb from there. Each space has its own sites, its own analyses and its own reports, and team seats are shared across the whole portfolio — the Enterprise plan carries the same mechanism to 500 spaces.
A credit is consumed by an intelligence task: diagnosing a blocker from crawl evidence, entity analysis, a synthesis, a rewrite proposal or a generative-visibility measurement. Deterministic Instant Checks and Quick Analyses consume no Intelligence credit. Quick Analysis and deep analysis allowances are counted separately; deep crawl size is governed by the Plan Crawl Limit.
The one promise worth repeating.
A figure NeoRank shows comes from a measurement. When the source does not exist, the product writes "not measured" instead of a zero that looks like a bad score.
No in-house composite score, no proprietary metric nobody can check. Every indicator points back to the evidence that produced it.
The quotas on this page are the ones the product actually applies. The comparison table and the billing engine read the same table.
You will find no client logos and no testimonials here: we have none to publish, and manufacturing them would contradict exactly what NeoRank promises.
